Service Designer
Service Designer provides an intuitive user interface to quickly build and configure a wide range of business inbound telephony services.
The Service Designer is part of a larger application (Service Manager) which provides an intuative user interface to a full range of feature rich call routing features and management tools to allow immediate activation on the Advanced Services Platform.
Service Plans are created on a design canvas that allows the user to link functional nodes together to create almost limitless call flow. The fully functional graphical user interface provides all the functions you would expect including, drag, drop, pan, zoom, copy, undo/redo etc.
The Service Designer exposes all the Platform Features as detailed in the Feature Summary.
